Plastics Fabrication
Our assortment of laser-processing technologies, including UV, CO2 and Fiber laser systems, allows for cutting and engraving of a variety of plastics, rubbers, and other nonmetal materials. We can process larger, thicker materials via CO2 laser cutting up to 1500x1200mm (59x47in), and thin films on our smaller, more precise CO2 system for custom gaskets.
With years of experience supporting San Diego biotech, we commonly produce precision components and fluidic manifolds in a variety of materials, including standard and performance plastics. Our knowledgeable professionals and high-end equipment can be leveraged to yield tight-tolerance parts and refined surface finishes.
Part marking of many different material types is no problem, thanks to our varied marlin technologies, including InkJet printing, CO2, Fiber and UV lasers.
We can offer expanded plastics capabilities through our tight partnership with ETI-Boise, including CNC routing, solvent-bonding and plastics welding of custom tanks and enclosures.
